Clarity Under Pressure
Clarity Under Pressure
I became more effective under pressure, communicated with greater confidence, and developed a much clearer understanding of the type of professional and leader I wanted to become. Many of the lessons and frameworks Wade shared are things I still apply today.

Jack was navigating imposter syndrome in a new role, learning how to consistently perform at a high level, and figuring out how to grow into a future leadership position within a high-pressure environment.

The Journey
The Journey
I had the opportunity to work alongside Wade during my time with the Chicago Bulls, where he served as an Executive Director within our department. While he wasn’t my direct manager, Wade had a significant impact on my professional growth through the mentorship, guidance, and leadership he consistently provided across the organization.
At the time, I was navigating imposter syndrome in a new role, learning how to consistently perform at a high level, and figuring out how to grow into a future leadership position within a high-pressure environment. Like many people early in their careers, I knew I had potential but needed guidance on how to channel it effectively.
What stood out most about Wade was his coaching style. He was direct and honest, but always constructive. He had a unique ability to break down situations strategically while still understanding the human side of performance, motivation, and long-term fulfillment.
Rather than simply giving answers, he asked the right questions and challenged me to think differently about communication, decision-making, and career development.

One conversation that has stayed with me was when Wade challenged me to stop chasing titles for external validation and instead focus on the scope of the role and what truly mattered to me both personally and professionally. He encouraged me to think about where I wanted to be in five to ten years and helped me make decisions aligned with that long-term vision. That guidance made me more accountable, more confident, and far more intentional in how I approached both my career and personal growth.
As a result, I saw meaningful improvements not only in my performance, but also in my mindset and leadership abilities. Ultimately, it helped position me to land a role in Global Business Development with the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, where I now confidently work with Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals. I became more effective under pressure, communicated with greater confidence, and developed a much clearer understanding of the type of professional and leader I wanted to become. Many of the lessons and frameworks Wade shared are things I still apply today.
What makes Wade different is his ability to combine strong business and leadership instincts with genuine empathy and emotional intelligence. Most leaders excel at one or the other, but very few consistently demonstrate both at a high level. Wade doesn’t just manage people; he coaches them in a way that creates lasting growth, confidence, and self-awareness.
